In Orpund (approx. 3200 inhabitants), around 290 children are taught in 11 primary classes and 4 kindergartens by a motivated team of about 60 teachers. The school building is located in a preferred green area near the forest. We are a suburban community of Biel, which is quickly accessible by bus.

You don’t just want to teach, but to engage, inspire, and empower young people? You are right with us! For our interested 5th/6th grade class, we are looking for a committed teacher who enjoys accompanying children on their path to independent thinking and acting.
Workload: 7-8 lessons. Working days: Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning. Employment start February 1, 2026, until July 31, 2026. Close cooperation with an experienced class teacher and special education teacher. Subjects: Math and learning workshop, possibly swimming (Brevet Pool Plus is a prerequisite)
