The Asylum and Refugee Service of the Swiss Red Cross in Uri is responsible on behalf of the Canton of Uri for the support, care, and accommodation of persons in the asylum and refugee sector.
For the Administration staff, we are looking immediately or by arrangement
a motivated individual as Clerk: Administration and
Accounting 60 – 100 %.
What you can achieve
- You support the Asylum and Refugee Service Uri in diverse administrative and accounting tasks
- You are responsible for creating invoices as well as managing the entire dunning process
- You administratively accompany internal relocations, including contract processing, and take on other general secretarial duties
- You are responsible for submitting and processing requests for cost approvals
What you bring with you
- You have a completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
- You have a high IT affinity and possess very good user skills in Microsoft Office; experience with Tutoris is a plus
- You work independently, structured, and set priorities in a targeted manner
- You are service-oriented and keep an overview even in hectic situations
- With your pronounced teamwork skills and solution-oriented mindset, you quickly adapt to new situations
- Excellent German skills (C2) in spoken and written form complete your profile; additional languages are an advantage
