• Technical and personnel leadership of an assembly team in the cable harness manufacturing area
• Planning, organizing, and monitoring daily production processes
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and occupational safety
• Training and onboarding new employees
• Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and workflows
• Communication with interfaces such as work preparation, quality assurance, and logistics
• Documentation and reporting of relevant key figures

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or comparable technical education
• Further training in leadership or willingness to complete it
• Several years of professional experience as a team leader
• Experience in leading employees and coordinating workflows
• Knowledge in the use of technical drawings and parts lists
• Good German skills (at least level B2), additional languages are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
