Polymechanic (CNC Expert)
Activities
- Manufacturing and testing of prototypes and spare parts in CNC turning, milling, or grinding areas
- Programming and setting up the machines including production of initial pieces
- Creating, filing, and managing programs and production documents
- Recording and documenting measurement results with appropriate software
- Optimization of manufacturing processes
- Performing service and maintenance work on machines and equipment
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic
- Mechanical skill and strong interest in precision technology
- Experience in ISO code programming with Fanuc and/or Siemens
- High commitment and efficient working style
- Strong quality and safety awareness
