About the job
Your Tasks
- administrative and operational support of the Product & Textile research group and another research group
- advisory (e.g. project budgeting) and administrative (e.g. project calculation, project initiation, monitoring, support for interim reports, project completion) support for researchers in their research projects
- internal interface, especially to HR, controlling and the Grants Office of Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts
- external interface to funding agencies, such as the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF), Innosuisse and foundations
- administrative and organizational tasks in the research office, e.g. onboarding new employees, research key figures, support for event organization, monitoring cross-cutting research cost centers
- participation in the research office, e.g. further development, improving processes, interface to research communication
Your Profile
- university degree (Bachelor) and professional experience in university administration
- independent and structured way of working, even in situations with constantly changing challenges
- quickly grasp complex issues and find goal-oriented solutions
- ensuring efficient administrative processes
- team-oriented, service-oriented and open
- good knowledge of German and English
- very familiar with SAP, MS Teams and enjoy working with digital tools
- research experience or affinity desired
