You will

process loan applications properly and on time, from approval to disbursement
handle extensions, conversions, and settlements
perform various administrative tasks related to the loan portfolio (data updating, various correspondences)
handle telephone or email inquiries from customer advisors, authorities, notaries, and other financial institutions

You bring

a completed banking apprenticeship or a commercial basic training
experience in mortgage business / experience in credit administration is an advantage
very good French skills – your language in everyday work
a reliable, independent, and quality-conscious way of working
enjoy working in a team and keep an overview even in hectic times
knowledge of Finnova is an advantage
