Logistics Specialist (m/f)

You are jointly responsible for the operational implementation of logistics processes from goods receipt through picking to goods issue. Together with the team, you help to meet customer requirements in terms of content and deadlines. You have a deep understanding of logistics processes and understand their mapping in our ERP system (Navision 2018). You support the logistics manager in the KVP process regarding operational procedures and their mapping in the ERP system in cooperation with our IT department.

• Goods receipt: quantitative and qualitative goods inspection, posting in the ERP system
• Inbound and internal transfers within intralogistics
• Goods issue: consolidating goods from various zones, packaging, preparing for shipment, electronic data transmission, posting, creating shipping documents
• Processing goods returns
• Operating industrial trucks

This is what you bring:

• You have completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ/EBA
• At least 3 years of successful experience in a similar role are mandatory, preferably in wholesale
• Further training is welcome but not mandatory
• You have very good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Navision, etc.)
• Experience in intralogistics is a prerequisite
• You possess a forklift license recognized by SUVA
• Very good German skills, both written and spoken (min. C1)

You work precisely, goal-oriented, and structured. Through your understanding of contexts, you can map processes in the ERP system and recognize potential.
