What you achieve with us
You accompany four people with particularly demanding and intensive care needs in implementing their individual life plans. Professionally, pragmatically, and with a good dose of humor, you contribute to this task and coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration.
What distinguishes you
- Training as FaBe, Social Pedagogue, certified psychiatric nurse; specialist in psychiatric care and support BP
- Interest and joy in working with adults with cognitive impairments and ASD
- Experience in handling demanding care situations
- Reflective, pragmatic action
- You are accustomed to irregular work as well as on-call/standby duties
- Driver's license is an advantage
- You have computer skills
