Application Manager in the Field of Personal Data 80–100 %

Do you like taking responsibility and tackling challenges with enthusiasm? As an Application Manager, you ensure the smooth operation of our specialist applications in the area of resident control and personal registers. Become part of our dedicated team and bring your expertise to the support and further development of LOGANTO and other key applications.
Your Role
- Responsibility for the operational and professional application management of the personal register systems, LOGANTO, and APROBO
- Ensuring availability, stability, and performance of the systems
- Onboarding new customers as well as support and integration of interfaces
- 2nd-level support for specialist departments: receiving, analyzing, and resolving disruptions and inquiries
- Management of users and roles as well as maintenance of relevant master data and system settings
- Planning and execution of tests (functional, regression) within the scope of releases
- Willingness for occasional deployments outside regular working hours (e.g., verification tests during infrastructure changes)
- Participation in projects and optimization initiatives (e.g., automation, interfaces)
- Collaboration with internal and external software development teams
Your Profile
- Completed basic IT training (EFZ) or comparable practical qualification
- Several years of experience in application management or application support
- Ideally, already knowledge in the field of personal data, resident control, or administrative processes
- Strong understanding of business processes and enjoyment working at the interface between IT and specialist departments
- Analytical and structured working style as well as high service orientation
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
