Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing, CNC Milling in Day Shift
Activities
- Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of CNC milling machines
- Programming CNC machines with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls
- Creating and optimizing CNC programs with Mastercam
- Manufacturing of individual parts as well as small and medium series
- Quality control of manufactured parts (measuring, testing, documenting)
- Ongoing process optimization and ensuring the required quality
- Maintenance and care of machines and equipment
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in CNC milling is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of Heidenhain and/or Fanuc controls
- Experience with Mastercam or comparable CAM software
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style
- Technical understanding and high quality awareness
- Team player, flexible and resilient
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
