With your expertise focusing on psychiatric nursing, you inspire students at the bachelor level and actively participate in practical, theoretical, and digital teaching formats in mono-, multi-, and interprofessional teaching units.

The position holder:
- takes on tasks in the field of psychiatry and positions themselves within this area, additionally actively participates in other mono-, multi-, and interprofessional teaching topics and takes on tasks in e-didactics
- independently designs teaching units, plans courses or modules as a module coordinator (with financial responsibility) and ensures their integration into the curriculum according to GesBG graduation competencies
- creates performance records and supervises written assignments
- continuously adapts teaching based on module evaluations, changing conditions, and own working methods
- contributes to ensuring and continuously developing the quality of the study program and leads teaching-related working and project groups
- takes on tasks in strategic professional and curriculum development and is responsible for knowledge management (internal/external), which positions and strengthens the departments
- holds content responsibility for modules/cross-cutting topics and their further development in their own department and participates in research projects
- is engaged in public relations work.
- University degree in nursing science at master’s level (MSc) and didactic further training (CAS University Didactics)
- Experience in practical nursing in the Swiss healthcare system as well as professional specialization in psychiatric nursing
- Teaching experience at tertiary level
- Experience in project management
- Strong interest in further developing attractive teaching offers to sustainably establish nursing education at tertiary level A
- High social competence and motivation to contribute to result-oriented, interprofessional problem-solving in the university environment
- Excellent presentation skills and confident communication in German and English
