As part of its digital transformation, Vaudoise Assurances aims to accelerate and orchestrate the transition of property and casualty insurance towards a high value-added use of generative artificial intelligence (Generative AI). To support this ambition, we are looking for an Area Lead Insurance / Generative AI who will play a pivotal role between business, technology, and transformation to realize the promise of insurance enhanced by Generative AI.

The missions awaiting you:

• Define and maintain the Generative AI Insurance roadmap (vision, priorities, sequencing)
• Identify and prioritize the highest business impact use cases (productivity, quality, time-to-value, customer satisfaction)
• Orchestrate the portfolio of Generative AI initiatives, from POC to industrialization
• Identify, analyze, and anticipate current and emerging trends in Generative Artificial Intelligence
• Manage and ensure alignment with other company transformation programs
• Unite, synchronize, and align key stakeholders (Business, IT, Data, Innovation) around Generative AI challenges and common objectives
• Collaborate and co-build with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams a controlled usage framework based on a risk-based approach
• Actively contribute to the business acculturation to Generative AI and change management
• Define, monitor, and optimize value indicators (adoption, productivity, decision quality, time-to-value) and manage necessary adjustments
• Measure, document, and highlight the impact of initiatives through business Success Stories

Your profile:

• Proven experience (10+ years) in property and/or casualty insurance, in transformational roles with strong business impact (Claims management, underwriting, distribution, customer relations, operational performance)
• Ability to prioritize by value, arbitrate, and deliver measurable results
• Demonstrated solid experience in cross-functional program or project portfolio management
• Functional mastery of Generative AI technologies: LLM, copilots, agents, autonomous agents, augmented automation
• Influential leadership, excellent executive communication skills, and a strong results orientation
• Holder of a higher education degree Master / University of Applied Sciences / University focused on business, management, economics, actuarial science, or applied mathematics
• Exposure to or additional training in digital transformation, data, or AI
• Fluent communication in French: C2 - English: C2 - German: appreciated
