What to expect
- You develop the People & Organizational Development strategy aligned with business priorities
- You design organizational structures, role architectures, and decision-making logics for a high-performing and healthy organization
- You strengthen leadership effectiveness with a focus on ownership, performance, as well as feedback and learning culture
- You establish an effective performance system: goals, feedback, reviews, and growth cycles
- You develop onboarding processes, learning paths, and development programs with measurable skill building
- You develop our internal academy into a scalable learning ecosystem with clear transfer into everyday work
- You identify organizational development needs based on collaboration with HR Strategic Leaders, managers, and quantitative data
- You manage the implementation of POD initiatives together with HR Strategic Leaders in the respective business areas
- You develop simple, robust development approaches for high potentials, new roles, and new leaders
- You measure impact (e.g., leadership effectiveness, learning transfer, time-to-productivity) and manage POD data-driven
- You lead your team with clarity, trust, and high standards for quality and execution
What you bring
- Several years of experience in a leadership role in People & Organizational Development
- Solid practical experience in organizational development, change, and transformation work
- Strong systemic thinking combined with high implementation power
- Deep understanding of modern POD and leadership approaches
- Excellent moderation and workshop skills, also in complex leadership constellations
- High consulting competence, clear stance, and constructive handling of resistance
- Pronounced analytical skills and experience in impact measurement and key figures work
- Confident German and very good English skills
- Completed studies in psychology, business administration, or a comparable field
