The city of Lucerne organizes creative and sports weeks for children and teenagers in the city of Lucerne. For the courses during the autumn holidays 2025, we are looking for leaders for swimming.
Your tasks:
- The swimming leaders are responsible as a team for the implementation of the courses in the indoor pools Allmend and Rodtegg:
- The main leader is responsible for the swimming courses and is in charge of the coordination, organization, and execution of the swimming courses.
- The co-leaders are responsible for leading the various swimming groups, can convey content specifically, and implement the safety rules.
- The assistant leaders take on an assistant role and support the co-leaders in implementing the course content.
Your profile:
- You are passionate about swimming and enjoy teaching and instructing.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in leading swimming courses.
- You enjoy working in a team of four to five people.
- You can present the Basic Pool certificate.
