Dietikon is the district capital and economic center in the rapidly growing Limmattal. The Building Department is part of the Structural Engineering Division, which is the central specialist office for all construction matters in the city of Dietikon. The Building Department is the contact point for builders and planners regarding building law. We process building applications and coordinate them with internal and external specialist offices. To complement our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated individual for the area
- Contact point for builders regarding all fire protection issues
- Review of building applications concerning fire protection regulations
- Drafting the corresponding fire protection requirements in the building law decision
- Discussions, consultations, and inspections with building applicants regarding fire police and technical matters
- Acceptance and ordering of shell construction, occupancy, and final inspections
- Approval of thermal technical systems (wood heating)
- Accompanying/implementing fire protection requirements in existing buildings (periodic fire police inspection)
- Handling building releases
- Supporting the Head of the Building Department regarding fire protection regulations and technical standards
- Preparing fire police reports
- You have completed a professional apprenticeship
- Furthermore, you hold a federal specialist certificate as a fire protection specialist (VKF)
- You bring joy and great interest in preventive fire protection as well as individual SIA standards and are ready to independently and proactively lead this area in cooperation with the Head of the Building Department and a committed team.
- Independent and precise working style, organizational and coordination skills, as well as fluency in spoken and written German, are further foundations on which you can build.
