- You register external visitors as well as new clients and handle all administration for new registrations
- Telephone management and report writing are part of your responsibilities
- Access control and the associated reporting are your responsibility
- You coordinate various process flows in collaboration with your team
What you bring:
- At least 20 years old
- Mandatory availability on Monday and Friday, other additional days are an advantage
- Native German speaker, good French and English skills
- Good PC user skills
- High independence, performance capability, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Good manners, communicative but discreet, and a neat appearance
