Your main area of responsibility includes

Management and implementation of projects from A to Z (from contract award to billing) with a focus on electronic access control systems
Customer consulting as well as conducting offer discussions and needs assessments on site
Planning and development of locking systems, access solutions, smoke and heat extraction systems as well as swing gate drives (including AVOR)
Coordination and support during installation, assembly and commissioning in cooperation with the fitters
Maintenance, servicing and support of mechanical and electronic systems including software
Troubleshooting as well as taking over on-call and emergency services

Your profile

You have completed a basic technical craft training, ideally in the electrical sector.
You bring experience in locking technology and ideally have project experience in a technical environment.
You have a pronounced IT affinity and are confident in handling common office applications; network knowledge is an advantage.
You have very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are desirable.
You are characterized by a high customer and service orientation and also convince through pronounced communication skills and negotiation confidence.
As an entrepreneurial, resilient and well-organized personality, you enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to joint successes.
