We are looking for a project manager for the ship Legends of Lake Lucerne (LoLL) (a)

Here is what you will do

You welcome, care for, and see off our guests on special trips and ensure a consistently harmonious experience
You ensure the consistent compliance with our quality standards as well as the safety and hygiene concept
You onboard new employees in a structured manner and specifically develop your existing team
You lead the service and kitchen staff on board and ensure smooth operations.
You are responsible for inventory and keep an eye on numbers and stocks

What we expect from you

You have completed hotel management school or an equivalent qualification
You have already gained leadership experience and know how to motivate and develop your team.
You communicate confidently in German and English, any additional language is a plus
You remain composed even in busy moments, think solution-oriented, and pitch in energetically
You enjoy working in a team, take responsibility, and actively contribute.
