- Technical and hierarchical leadership, further development, and deployment of the Components Mechanical Engineering group
- Support and responsibility for mechanical components/systems to ensure safe and reliable operation
- Development of in-depth, cross-departmental system knowledge
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary project and work teams
- Support of operations and maintenance groups
Profile & Skills
- Engineer FH/BSc/HTL (or equivalent) in mechanical engineering, process engineering, systems engineering, or related fields
- Several years of professional experience in power plant technology or process plant sector, ideally in maintenance and engineering
- Proven experience in personnel management (technical and hierarchical)
- Experience in project management
- Result-oriented and structured working style with a focus on teamwork
- Strong communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
