Tasks & Responsibilities

• Technical and hierarchical leadership, further development, and deployment of the Components Mechanical Engineering group
• Support and responsibility for mechanical components/systems to ensure safe and reliable operation
• Development of in-depth, cross-departmental system knowledge
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary project and work teams
• Support of operations and maintenance groups

Profile & Skills

• Engineer FH/BSc/HTL (or equivalent) in mechanical engineering, process engineering, systems engineering, or related fields
• Several years of professional experience in power plant technology or process plant sector, ideally in maintenance and engineering
• Proven experience in personnel management (technical and hierarchical)
• Experience in project management
• Result-oriented and structured working style with a focus on teamwork
• Strong communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
