Your tasks
- You accompany a group of employees and trainees with psychological and/or cognitive impairments and support them individually within the framework of work pedagogy
- Maintenance and care of private gardens, green spaces, and parks
- Versatile maintenance service tasks: upkeep, small repairs, general care, winter service
- Participation in the expansion of the training branch Technology & Maintenance / Maintenance Service EFZ (in cooperation with our internal T&M)
- Various administrative tasks including proper documentation in the client information system
Your profile
- Completed EFZ training: gardener, landscape gardener, specialist in facility maintenance EFZ (maintenance service) or equivalent
- Enjoyment in pedagogical work with trainees and people with disabilities
- You have a sense of humor and remain calm and solution-oriented even in demanding situations
