Litigation Paralegal

We are currently seeking Litigation  Paralegals to work with a major player in the automotive industry. We are looking for a conscientious and detail-oriented Junior or Mid-Level Paralegals to join the litigation support team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the nation's renowned Fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide litigation support for consumer and class action matters.


• Manage discovery, document review, and case file organization to ensure efficient litigation workflow.


• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and settlement documents, with attention to consumer protection laws.


• Conduct legal research and summarize case law, statutes, and regulations affecting automotive litigation.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of strong litigation experience with a US law firm, or corporate legal department.


• Direct experience supporting consumer litigation or class action matters.


• Strong attention to detail and a conscientious work ethic.


• Ability to learn new processes.

Compensation, Benefits & Location: 

This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $85,000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more.  Axiomites also get access to professional development resources and learning and development programs. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
