This is what you can expect
- Management of marketing campaigns focusing on the development of the customer journey in the online shop and in the newsletter, defining relevant touchpoints, and developing targeted content in collaboration with the campaign team and relevant stakeholders
- Development and implementation of holistic customer journeys to effectively guide customer behavior along defined campaign goals
- Identification, design, and continuous optimization of relevant touchpoints from the first interaction to conversion
- Analysis of customer behavior and visualization of the digital journey to identify weaknesses and improvement potentials
- Measurement, testing, and data-driven optimization of the customer journey for marketing campaigns in collaboration with Analytics & Insights
- Creation and management of landing pages (e.g., microsites, topic pages) including logic, rules, and gatekeeper function
- Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and external agencies (SPOC)
This is what you bring
- Higher education in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in customer journey management or digital marketing, ideally with a focus on customer-centric strategies and data-driven optimization
- Understanding of cross-channel touchpoints and data-driven campaign management
- Strong ability to coordinate and align with various stakeholders as well as efficient project management in interdisciplinary teams. Creativity, enthusiasm for innovation, and conceptual thinking
- Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and service orientation
- Very good German language skills
