Foreman / Supervisor Special Civil Engineering (m/f)

In this role, you will be deployed on our construction sites and independently and/or under instruction perform tasks. As the site supervisor, you are responsible for the reputation and appearance of the construction company on the front line. You can expect varied work and a collegial working atmosphere.
We operate throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Your daily work deployment starts at one of the following base locations: Bäch, Basel, Bassersdorf, Birr, Oftringen, Stansstad, Urdorf, Waldibrücke, Wilchingen, Winterthur. The work location below refers to the contractual place of employment.

Your main tasks include:
- Independently managing small to large construction projects
- Reporting via iPad of the team assigned to you
- Active participation on the construction sites assigned to you
- Maintaining good contact with the client or construction management, residents, and authorities (e.g., police, utilities)
- Close cooperation with the responsible construction manager
- Monitoring and improving workflows and processes on the construction site
- Responsible for compliance with occupational safety and enforcement of regulations on the construction site as well as adherence to all relevant laws
The following qualifications are required:
- Completed training in the main construction trade with further training as foreman/supervisor in civil engineering/special civil engineering
- Several years of professional experience as foreman/supervisor in civil engineering/special civil engineering
- Good knowledge of German
- Performance-oriented, team-capable, and resilient personality
