Product Engineer (m/f/d)

Your task

• You take responsibility for various product portfolios in production and accompany them throughout the entire product lifecycle
• You plan and execute industrialization projects, work closely with engineering, process development, and production, and coordinate all relevant interfaces
• You analyze technical deviations and quality issues, assess their impact, and take appropriate measures for sustainable improvement
• You participate in handling customer complaints and support technical clarification and solution finding in direct exchange with the involved departments
• You translate customer requirements, technical drawings, and datasheets into concrete manufacturing processes such as production and test plans
• You identify potentials to optimize production costs, throughput times, or product quality and implement corresponding measures

Your profile

• You work in a structured and analytical manner, quickly recognize connections, and do not lose overview even in complex situations
• You bring experience in project management and are used to working interdisciplinarily with production, engineering, quality, and sales
• You have very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills – ideally also spoken
• You communicate clearly, document carefully, and can present technical content appropriately for the target audience
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in the field of printed circuit board technology or in assembly and interconnection technology
• You convince through initiative, technical understanding, a high quality awareness, and the ability to contribute flexibly in a dynamic environment
