These are your tasks
- Operate and further develop environmental, energy, and CO2 management
- Collect, prepare, and further develop data and key figures in the field of sustainability
- Create reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and further improve corporate greenhouse gas balance according to Scopes 1 to 3 (CCF) as well as prepare product life cycle assessments in the energy sector (PCF)
- Monitor, assess, and document legal developments in the field of sustainability
- Analyze consultation documents and formulate appropriate responses in collaboration with the specialist departments
- Strategically and operationally advise internal responsible persons in the areas of environment, energy, and greenhouse gases
- Conduct training and internal audits as well as lead projects in the field of sustainability
What distinguishes you
- Completed degree at a university of applied sciences/university in environmental or natural sciences or an equivalent qualification
- Many years of professional experience and interest in legislative issues
- Extensive experience with environmental and energy management systems according to ISO 14001/50001, life cycle assessments, environmental reporting, and CO2 management
- Several years of practical experience with analysis and implementation of regulatory requirements, preferably also with consultations in the energy sector
- Strong analytical skills and confident German language skills in speaking and writing
- Level-appropriate and understandable communication of complex content
- Political sensitivity and diplomatic demeanor
- Independent, structured working style and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
