YOUR TASKS:
- Leading the communications department (2 employees)
- Further development of the communications strategy as well as innovative digital mediation concepts
- Strategic topic development in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and the Head of Press
- Management, briefing, and coordination of external freelancers and agencies, quality assurance of external services in the communications area
- Responsibility for the areas of photography and film
- Networking with stakeholders and other actors
- Budgeting and cost responsibility
YOUR PROFILE:
- University or university of applied sciences degree, preferably in communications, marketing, or cultural management (or equivalent education and training)
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in this field
- A keen sense for current developments and trends in the field of activity
- High commitment and flexibility (seasonal fluctuations), teamwork skills, and resilience
- High digital affinity and proficient use of MS Office and other IT systems
- Enthusiasm for classical and contemporary music as well as the festival scene
- German and English spoken and written, additional languages are an advantage
