Job Description
Your Team & Mission
Your team consists of (environmental) engineers and architects who make the future of construction projects a little more sustainable with each project. As part of an interdisciplinary project team, you as a (Senior) Consultant are responsible for providing our clients with comprehensive advice and finding sustainable solutions, whether it is about building renovation or new construction.
You advance projects sustainably with your expertise and help in your coordinating role to ensure that various stakeholders in the project speak the same language. You bring out the best from the individual disciplines and enable decision-making for innovative, sustainable solutions.
Our projects have a high architectural quality, and we work with internationally renowned architectural firms and clients on exciting visions. We support private builders, cooperatives, and institutional clients, and you will have the opportunity to build a broad portfolio.
You can take on a lot of personal responsibility from day one, you will also be supported by our experienced team members, and you can develop individually.
We are based in the heart of Zurich-Binz, where we also like to come together as a team when we are not out for our exciting projects, whether in meetings or site inspections.
Your Responsibilities
- You work in the team on numerous and diverse projects with a focus on certification, sustainability, and building ecology
- You implement sustainability concepts in the immediate practice of projects across all service phases from early planning to building completion
- Definition of objectives in collaboration with ownership / clients (social, ecological, and economic goals)
- Definition of sustainability standards for individual projects as well as development of realistic implementation in the project
- Coordination of the entire project team to achieve the agreed goals
- Additional assignments in projects - e.g., in the area of circular economy, optimization of grey energy, or determination and optimization of life cycle costs
- Leading interdisciplinary workshops on various sustainability topics
- You take on the content-related consulting of clients and also independently handle projects
Qualifications
Your Profile
- University degree as an engineer in various disciplines or architecture
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience as an architect, project manager in the construction industry with a focus on sustainability, consultant in the field of sustainability, or similar
- Good practical knowledge of project tasks and processes (service phases)
- Analytical skills with an agile mindset and teamwork ability
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude; entrepreneurial pioneering spirit, team player
- Very good German and good English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
