IT Support Coordinator at the ISD
The Information Systems Department is actively seeking an IT support coordinator to strengthen the coordination of IT, medical-technical, and strategic projects within the institution.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the five university hospitals in Switzerland. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, it plays a leading role in the fields of care, medical research, and education.
Attached to the Information Systems Department (ISD), this position aims to strengthen the management of IT and medical-technical projects, ensure the interface between business and technology, and contribute to the institution's digital and asset strategy.
Mission
- You collect, centralize, and prioritize the IT needs of clinical, logistical, and administrative services
- You coordinate projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders (providers, biomedical, engineering)
- You ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs, with a focus on efficiency, security, and compliance
- You monitor projects according to the HERMES methodology, ensuring respect for deadlines, costs, and quality standards
- You represent the ISD and promote its standards among the various institutional actors.
Profile
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent scientific field
- You have solid experience (min. 5 years) in IT project management in a complex organization (ideally in the hospital or public sector)
- You master project management methods (HERMES, ITIL foundation is a plus)
- You possess excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills
- You have good knowledge of the hospital sector, regulated environments, and information security issues
- You understand IT infrastructures, medical-technical equipment, and integration challenges.
