Lead MPA for our team in Nebikon wanted

In our practice in Nebikon, Lucerne, we are looking for a committed Lead MPA who, with heart, structure and joy in leadership, will further develop the daily practice routine together with the MPA and medical team.

We would like to fill the position from May or June 2026.
The workload is 80-100%.
Qualities we expect
- Professional, organizational and personnel leadership of the MPA team
- Ensuring a structured, efficient and patient-oriented practice workflow
Planning, control and optimization of work processes - Responsibility for personnel planning, onboarding and support of employees
- Organization and leadership of team and MPA meetings
- Responsibility for quality management, emergency management as well as hygiene and safety standards
- Organization of ordering, inventory management and practice infrastructure
- Participation in projects and further development of practice operations
- Economic thinking including cost and performance control
- Willingness to work across locations
Qualities you bring
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant with EFZ
- Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years), ideally with experience in a leadership role
- Further training as MPK (practice management direction) is an advantage, or interest in completing this training
- Good PC user skills (e.g. Axenita, Microsoft Office)
- Leadership skills, organizational strength and sense of responsibility
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- High social competence, empathy and pronounced patient orientation
- Resilience, flexibility and willingness for continuous further training
- Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
