- Teamwork and flexibility in outreach nursing required.
- Strong German language and IT skills are essential.

Tasks
- Outreach acute psychiatric care of patients
- Outreach and integrative case management of mentally ill patients before, during, or after an inpatient stay including case documentation as well as writing reports for the insurance
- Work with reference persons including nursing diagnostics
- Interprofessional collaboration within the entire treatment team
- Active participation and implementation of the Home Treatment project as well as in the further development of the service.
Profile
- Completed HF or FH degree
- Professional experience in adult acute psychiatry, experience in outreach care is desirable
- Willingness to work in a team, in outreach care and the associated travel activity as well as flexible shift planning (shift work)
- Responsible and proactive working style
- Good German and IT skills
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
- Driver's license category B
