Administrative Assistant in the Nephrology and Hypertension Department
To complete its research team, the Nephrology and Hypertension Department is looking for an administrative assistant for an 80% - 100% position or two 40% - 50% positions, on a fixed-term contract from mid-September or early October to the end of December 2025.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, CHUV plays a leading role in medical care, medical research, and education.
Our Nephrology and Hypertension Department cares for patients suffering from kidney disease or arterial hypertension. As a department of a university hospital, one of our missions is research.
Our research focuses on hypertension and new methods of measuring blood pressure.
Mission
- You work closely with the nursing and medical team in charge of research patients
- You support and inform patients
- You perform administrative and logistical tasks related to patient care and clinical study follow-up
- You actively participate in teamwork and team dynamics.
Profile
- You hold a maturity certificate and have started medical studies (2nd year)
- You have good knowledge of MS Office tools; knowledge of institutional software is an asset
- You have a good command of the French language and good knowledge of English
- You are a dynamic, rigorous, committed, motivated person with a sense of responsibility
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and a sense of multidisciplinary collaboration.
