Due to our growth, we are currently looking for a Product Manager in Scheduling and Workflow.
Your tasks
- You are the primary contact person for customers, analyzing their processes in the area of scheduling & workflows (outpatient clinics, emergency, therapies, OR).
- You test new developments and customer-specific adjustments.
- You take responsibility for customer tickets of the scheduling and workflow module of our KISIM.
- Your tasks also include customer-specific configurations for calendars and workflows.
- You work closely with internal development and other product managers.
Your profile
- You are familiar with clinical processes in the area of outpatient and inpatient departments in hospitals and clinics.
- You have experience with treatment planning software and software configuration.
- You have the ability to gather requirements, analyze them, and develop solutions (requirement engineering) and can document this clearly.
- You work precisely and have a good eye for testing.
- You are communicative, have strong consulting skills, and enjoy professional customer contact.
- You appreciate and practice a systematic and transparent working style and like to contribute to a team.
