About the job
The Geomatics and Surveying Office is a central service provider for geoinformation, land registry, and surveying in our city administration. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and numbers-savvy personality for the accounting and administration area. In this responsible role, you will support the financial and organizational processes of our office and contribute your structured and careful working style profitably.Your Tasks
- Independent handling of accounts payable and receivable (account assignment, invoicing, cancellations, interface reconciliation, and archiving)
- Maintenance of master data and support in the preparation of full cost accounting
- Administrative support of the head of office (correspondence, appointment management, organization of meetings, and minute-taking)
- Management of the ERP Vertec as the specialist application manager
- Participation in the Internal Control System (ICS) as well as responsibility for selected administrative areas such as file and key management and mobile subscriptions
Your Profile
- Commercial basic education with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience, ideally in accounting
- ERP Vertec experience is an advantage
- Strong affinity for numbers
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style
