About the job

What to expect:

• Telephone and written contact with insured persons or authorities
• Responsible for the entire debt collection process of the assigned agencies
domestically and abroad under KVG

• Processing of address clarifications & rejections
• Deputising in the handling of inheritance cases
• Long-standing, well-coordinated team
• Up to 2 days home office possible after the probation period

• Training as a commercial clerk (EFZ), commercial diploma or equivalent qualification
• Experience in debt collection and/or accounting advantageous
• Team spirit, discretion, ability to set boundaries and empathy are required
• Confident communication in German, any additional foreign language is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of common Office applications
• Technical knowledge of our programmes (Syrius, Debit, CRM) is an advantage
