For our subsidiary Glacier Express we are looking for an expert like you. The Glacier Express is one of the most famous panoramic trains in the world and connects two world-renowned holiday resorts in Switzerland: Zermatt and St. Moritz. The journey through the Alps has been very popular with guests from near and far for more than 95 years and has gained additional attractiveness through the introduction of the Excellence Class. For a top-level customer experience that excites every day, we are looking for you as a Product Quality Specialist.

Your Area of Responsibility

Ensuring and monitoring the high service and quality standards in the daily operation of the Glacier Express
Operational contact person for quality and service in daily business operations
Planning, organizing, and ensuring the on-call service and coordination in case of disruptions and their recording/documentation
Planning market research on the trains
Processing internal and external customer feedback as well as implementing and coordinating guest surveys
Ensuring material availability and functional control of the customer information system on board the trains
Creating monthly quality reports and preparing key figures

Your Profile

Education and experience in tourism management, quality or hospitality management
Knowledge in the field of customer experience
Understanding of quality requirements, customer expectations, and lived hospitality
High mobility and willingness to travel extensively on the Glacier Express network
Willingness to work flexible hours, sometimes also on weekends
Open, communicative, and personable personality
Solution-oriented and resilient, as well as affinity for using digital quality management systems
German and English skills in spoken and written form, any additional language is an advantage
