Your main tasks
W
You advise and support the nursing teams in demanding and complex care situations and work pointwise in nursing.
You initiate and accompany quality assurance processes, are RAI
expert and conduct internal training on care-specific topics. You take over bed allocation and create a comprehensive admission assessment. You develop concepts as needed.
Your profile
You are an open personality and have experience and further training in long-term care, palliative care, and
dementia care. You have the skill to guide, support, and evaluate inter- and intraprofessional development and
change processes. You bring didactic and pedagogical
knowledge and enjoy conceptual work. You have very good oral and written German skills and understand Swiss German.
