The siworks Infrastructure division plans cable, switch heating, control technology, and safety systems for railway operations. With a motivated, performance-tested, and dynamic team, we always aim to exceed the high expectations of our clients and prioritize quality. To expand our young team, we are looking for two motivated and technically skilled individuals.

Our company is growing, and we want to take you on this journey. Are you still working as an electrician with a federal diploma / network electrician? No problem, you bring the basics, and we will make you a Junior Project Manager. Do you have a degree in electrical engineering or further training as a technician HF, or have you already gained several years of professional experience in project management? Wonderful, then you will directly join us as a Project Manager.

Your main tasks:

• Planning new and renovation projects according to the client's specifications
• Site visits of projects on and off the tracks, creating planning documents, and the orderly and timely handover of documents to the client
• Creating schedules, cost estimates, as well as tender and acceptance documents
• Project management regarding quality, costs, and deadlines
• Technical site management: Through construction inspections, you ensure compliance with deadlines, technical and railway-specific guidelines, as well as quality standards

As a Junior Project Manager, you bring:

• A completed basic education in electrical engineering
• A passion for interconnected thinking, complex tasks, and developing well-thought-out solutions
• Several years of professional experience as an electrician with a federal diploma / assembly electrician / network electrician
• An independent working style and a communicative personality
• A desire for personal responsibility and to further develop yourself
• Willingness to complete further training at the HF or FH level

As a Project Manager, you bring:

• Several years of professional experience as a project manager
• Further technical training (e.g., technician HF, electrical engineer FH, or equivalent) or in training
• CAD and Microsoft Office skills
