Medical Practice Assistance 80-100% (m/f/d)

• Support the Medical Team in caring for hotel guests in the practice and in the hotel room through consultation assistance and planning of consultation hours (using the RA system)
• Recording and managing medical data in the electronic medical record (Vitomed) as well as creating medical reports and correspondence
• Handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and general administrative tasks with MS Office
• Ordering materials and medications
• Ensuring quality and collaborating with adjacent areas such as doctors, Guest Services & Coaches, and hospitality
• Additional tasks include measuring blood pressure, minor wound care, blood collection, infusion, injections, as well as EKG and ergometry with lactate measurements
• Independent execution of medically supervised therapies such as ozone treatments, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, or hypoxia therapies

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant
• Willingness to take on the hotel’s internal on-call duty
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, ideally also in handling the TAC system and Vitomed
• Good English and German skills, additional language skills are an advantage
• Independent and flexible working style
• Service-oriented thinking
• Friendly demeanor with a pronounced service mindset
• Several years of professional experience in the medical field is an advantage
