Technical Caretaker
We are looking for a smart and motivated person with solid experience as a Technical Caretaker for our state-of-the-art, 22,000 m2 new building in the Industrie Allmend in Villmergen starting November 2025.
What to expect
You operate our infrastructure systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sprinklers, compressed air) and ensure that everything is functional and remains so. You gladly carry out minor repairs independently and, if necessary, organize and coordinate craft and inspection work with external partners. Thanks to your environmental awareness, you actively assist with our recycling and waste management. You are responsible for the maintenance, care, and cleaning of the factory premises as well as for our company vehicles.
Your profile
We are looking for a team-oriented and flexible personality with several years of professional experience who holds a caretaker diploma with a federal certificate or a comparable qualification in a similar environment. You are proficient in MS Office programs and have a category B driving license (forklift certification is an advantage) and are used to working independently and reliably with organizational skills and good work methodology. Good German language skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile, and who knows, maybe you even live in the Villmergen / Wohlen region?
