• You manage and develop your own customer portfolio in the business customer segment
• You drive new customer acquisition and development of the region and actively represent and advocate the interests of BEKB at events
• You are well anchored in the region and ready to expand your network
• You take professional responsibility in the region for the topic of business customers
• You work side by side with your team members and other specialists

• You have several years of experience in banking
• You have solid experience in dealing with business customers and a strong affinity for SMEs
• You enjoy direct customer contact and convince with strong communication and presentation skills and appreciate an open feedback culture
• You are characterized by a high service orientation, a winning appearance as well as initiative and entrepreneurial thinking

• Promotion of your individual development needs, both in terms of time and finances
