Mint Digital Services is one of the pioneers in global digital music rights processing. As a joint venture between the American music rights organization SESAC and the Swiss collecting society SUISA, we offer first-class administrative and back-office services. We process licenses for all major international digital music services, audiovisual platforms, as well as for linear broadcasting. Our steadily growing customer base includes collecting societies, publishers, and other music rights holders from all over the world.

Your main tasks

• Accounting: You independently manage the general and subsidiary ledgers in an international environment (English) for several companies.
• Finance: You independently create payments, post and analyze complex cash flows and intercompany transactions.
• Administration: You coordinate dunning, support liquidity management, and ensure cash flow to our customers.
• Closings: You take responsibility for reconciliations and controls in the monthly closing with the corresponding internal and external communication and support the team with consolidated quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Analyses: You support the team with budgeting and the resulting reporting internally, as well as with various calculations and analyses.
  Declarations: You prepare statements (withholding tax / VAT / tax returns).
• Miscellaneous: You take on additional administrative/accounting tasks to support the team, our controlling, and management (German/English).

Your profile

• After your commercial training, you have already gained several years of professional experience in various areas of accounting.
• You are used to working independently, precisely, and reliably and stand out as a committed, flexible, and resilient team player.
• You appreciate a varied, broad field of work and can draw on profound expertise and very good Excel skills, which help you stay calm in a dynamic environment and complete your tasks independently.
• You are an open, loyal, and communicative person with a high sense of responsibility, show initiative, and do not lose sight of pragmatic implementation.
• You bring very good German and English skills.
