Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in the banquet sector or in upscale gastronomy/hotelry
• Graduation from a hotel management school, G2 GastroSuisse, or comparable training
• Organizational talent with a structured, independent working style
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment in guest contact
• Leadership skills and strong implementation ability
• Very good manners as well as a confident, well-groomed appearance

Your Main Tasks

• Professional sales, planning, and organization of banquets, celebrations, and events
• Personal care and advice for our guests from inquiry to execution
• Overall responsibility for the smooth running of events on site
• Leadership, coordination, and deployment planning of the service team in the banquet area
• Administrative tasks (offers, confirmations, schedules, post-calculations)
• Close cooperation with the kitchen and management
