Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Project Manager to support the growth of a large international company.
Your missions:
- Manage and govern SuccessFactors projects (planning, budget, resources, risks).
- Lead and coordinate project teams, maintain relationships with sponsors, and communicate at the highest level.
- Define functional and technical architectures, ensure consistency of configuration and integration choices.
- Be a technical and functional referent on several SuccessFactors modules.
- Contribute to the practice strategy: responding to tenders, recruitment, training, skills development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS project management (management, governance, client relations).
- 4 years of experience with SuccessFactors, with at least 1 active certification.
- Proven experience in implementation and application maintenance (TMA).
- Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English is essential.
