Your tasks
- Sales responsibility and promotion in Central Switzerland
- Budget and sales responsibility, cost responsibility for the assigned cost center
- Continuous development of structured market information for your sales area
- Responsibility for implementing marketing objectives in your sales area
- Pricing competence within the framework agreed with the sales manager
- Participation in projects, especially in product development projects, field test products
- Promotion of customer and process orientation and continuous process improvement
- Organizing and assisting in the implementation of seminars and training sessions
Your profile
- Completed mechanical basic training, preferably as an agricultural or construction machinery mechanic
- Familiar with machines and lubricants of the construction and transport industry
- Further training as a technical salesman is an advantage
- Outgoing, success- and customer-oriented
- Sales experience and strong negotiation skills
- Good user knowledge of common Office programs
- Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
- 100% willingness to travel within the agreed regions
