Due to the upcoming retirement of the current position holder, we are looking for you!
You take on the strategic and operational responsibility for hospitality in the Belp living environment (around 57 hospitality employees, 147 residents, and 16 tenants). In doing so, you work closely with the department heads of your locations as well as the specialist group of the Domicil Group. At the overall company level, you coordinate the hospitality processes and take on cross-location coordination.
As a member of the management team, you help implement the company goals and identify and promote synergies between the operations. Across Domicil, you actively contribute to the development and implementation of quality standards and support projects. You are responsible for the entire employee cycle in the hospitality area of the Belp living environment and, together with the leaders, live a positive, motivating leadership culture that you continuously develop.
Furthermore, you actively shape the further development of organizational models – for example, within specialist groups or cross-departmental initiatives. For internal and external concerns of residents and relatives, you act as the superior contact person. You also participate in the budget process and are responsible for the cost centers and investments in your area.
- Degree at HF or FH level in hospitality or facility management
- A CAS in business administration or a comparable recognized further education in management is an advantage
- Proven professional experience in hospitality
- Several years of leadership experience (3–5 years) in a senior position with financial co-responsibility
- Experience in project management
- Participative and inspiring leadership attitude
- Strong analytical and structured thinking, combined with a company-wide perspective
- High decision-making competence and sense of responsibility
