Are you looking for an exciting challenge in a dynamic work environment? SIX Exchange Regulation AG (SER) ensures independent regulation and supervision of SIX exchanges as an autonomous body.
In the Operations & Projects team, you support the various specialist teams as a Specialist Operations with a 60–80% workload. As a doer with a flair for administrative tasks and an independent, precise, and reliable working style, you handle various administrative tasks centralized in the Operations & Projects team. These are your tasks
- Telephone service for the main number of SIX Exchange Regulation AG
- Processing of physical incoming and outgoing mail
- Invoicing (including monitoring and correspondence) for various specialist team topics
- Support of various user groups regarding issues related to the deployed IT specialist applications (onboarding, changes, and application-related support)
- Management of the physical archive
These are your qualifications
- Commercial basic training
- 3-4 years of experience in a comparable function
- Quick comprehension, good organizational skills, as well as independent, reliable, and precise working style
- Very good MS Office skills, solid user knowledge in SAP, and high IT affinity
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, French is a plus
