Billing clerk for the Department of Interdisciplinary Centers
The Management of the Department of Interdisciplinary Centers (DCI) is looking for a billing clerk at a 70% activity rate, on a permanent contract, for the Anesthesiology Service. The starting date is scheduled for January 1, 2026, or to be agreed upon.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the five Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, it plays a leading role in medical care, medical research, and education.
The Department of Interdisciplinary Centers (DCI) includes notably the central operating room, the endoscopy center, the Emergency Service, and the Adult Intensive Care Service. Its mission is to guarantee highly specialized care, ensure quality training conditions, and develop research projects and quality initiatives.
Mission
- You collect, process, and archive anesthesia sheets
- You bill anesthesia services as well as private fees of senior physicians
- You ensure the proper presentation of the reception, consistent with the service's brand image.
Profile
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualifications and experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical field
- Proficiency in MS Office computer tools
- Rigorous personality, good team spirit, analytical skills, and good stress management
- Knowledge of CHUV institutional tools (Axya, Soarian, Archimède, Digistat, etc.) is an asset.
