Tasks

• Cleaning stairwells, basements, and public areas, as well as periodic cleaning of parking lots and access paths
• Inspection and maintenance of building technology for commercial and residential properties
• Performing minor repair work
• Waste management
• Winter service
• On-call duty
• Contact person for administrations and owners

Your profile

• Training as a caretaker or specialist in operational maintenance
• Residence in the surrounding area
• Professional experience in the maintenance of private and commercial properties
• Polished and confident expression in the German language
• Flexible, resilient, and service-oriented personality
• Independent and team-oriented working style
• Start date from December 1, 2025, or by arrangement
