Your Challenge
- Internal deliveries
- Daily department-specific delivery of mail and packages
- Picking and booking of goods exits (ERP-Opale), including station supply (distribution/reallocation of materials to the defined storage locations of the nursing and specialist departments)
- Distributing meal trolleys to the departments, including return
- Assisting with goods receipt control, storage, and booking of incoming goods
- Distribution of ordered office supplies
- Assisting with expiration date control and the annual inventory
- Assisting with stock checks
- General warehouse tasks such as: filing, cleaning, telephone service, disposal, etc.
Your Profile
- Basic logistics training and/or experience in logistics in a clinic/hospital environment
- IT user knowledge of MS Office, OPALE (ERP system) is an advantage
- Goal-oriented, performance-oriented, and customer-oriented
- Initiative, flexible, and resilient personality
- Social competence (communication skills, teamwork, ability to handle criticism and conflict, and ability to learn)
- Good German language skills in writing and speaking (at least B2)
- Flexibility regarding working days and times (working week Mon – Fri)
