With our comprehensive and individual legal advice as well as our strong network with the teams of auditing, tax consulting, transaction and management consulting at EY, we lead our clients into the future and advise national as well as globally positioned companies on all legal matters.
Your main tasks
- Legal advice on M&A transactions as well as corporate and commercial law issues for national and international clients
- Support of transactions: conducting due diligence reviews, contract negotiations as well as drafting and finalizing closing documentation
- Contract drafting and review: drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts and legal documents, especially purchase, financing, shareholder agreements and joint venture agreements
- Development and implementation of restructuring concepts at national and international level
- Monitoring relevant legislative changes in corporate and commercial law and deriving practical recommendations to ensure compliance
- Interdisciplinary collaboration through needs-based support of other specialist areas, especially Real Estate, Labor Law, Private Clients and Intellectual Property
- Involvement in exciting, complex and international projects from day one as well as direct collaboration with specialists from other EY departments and with our clients
What we are looking for
- Master's degree in law is required; lawyer's license or foreign studies (e.g. LL.M.) are an advantage
- At least 2 to 5 years of work experience in a law firm, consulting company or legal department. Do you have less experience but are motivated to learn a lot quickly? Please get in touch as well
- Flexible team player with independent, structured and solution-oriented working style and analytical skills
